Orders placed by 2:00pm EST (Monday - Friday) will ship same day.
For new product launches, restocks, US holidays and promotional periods, please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing due to our high volume.
Due to the impact of covid-19, please expect shipping carrier delays of 1-3 business days on both domestic and international orders. This includes expedited orders.
We are a small business & try to ship orders out as quick as possible!
International Shipping:
All international orders are final sale (no returns, refunds, or exchanges on all orders shipping outside the USA). International shipping rates may vary depending on the country that we are shipping to. Typical transit time is between 1-10 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delay of several weeks. When a package is in transit tracking is not provided for you package, we can only confirm delivery.
Customs Fees & VAT Taxes:
All international orders are subject to be charged an additional VAT or Customs Tax at the customer's expense, these fees and taxes vary by country.
The total amount of payment at checkout does not include any duties and customs charges. Duties and Customs charges vary from country to country and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the fees and charges from your custom. If the package is rejected by the buyer because of the duties and customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage to receive a refund. If the buyer chooses to refuse and abandon the order, a refund will not be provided.

Please check your items & make sure there are no stains before returning!
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted & we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. (This includes make up, deodorant etc)
Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
Items with strong odors like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.
Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
Items with excessive wrinkling will not be accepted.
If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable.
DIRTY/WORN CLOTHING OR PIECES MISSING TAGS/LABELS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Customer will be responsible for damaged item & shipping fees.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Items will not be refunded & discarded.
Diosa Fit guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days as long as care instructions are followed.
