Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Our team works extremely fast to pick & pack orders, once your order is placed it is already being processed. You can view our return policy here.
Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
Changes cannot be made to orders once they are placed. You can exchange/return items by checking our return policy.
Why does my tracking number say Return To Sender?
This means you made a mistake in your address, please make sure you double check your address to avoid this situation. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, DiosaFit is NOT responsible for any reshipment fees. Contact our customer service with the correct shipping address, customers must pay for new shipping cost or can be issued store credit. Order will not be eligible for refund.
My package says it was "Delivered" but it is not there, what can I do?
If your package is lost/stolen, please contact the mail carrier according to your tracking. DiosaFit is not responsible for lost packages. If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance at checkout, you can contact them directly to start your claim.
What is your shipping processing time?
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 2-4 business days.
When will you restock items?
We are always working on restocking popular items. Please navigate to a product and click on your desired size to sign up for a restock notification.
What if I received a damaged item?
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.
Why are my items not eligible for return?
If item is marked final sale or purchased during a promotion - items are considered final sale. No return/exchange is accepted.
Do you offer payment plans?
We offer AfterPay & ShopPay at checkout.

Please check your items & make sure there are no stains before returning!
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted & we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. (This includes make up, deodorant etc)
Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
Items with strong odors like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.
Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
Items with excessive wrinkling will not be accepted.
If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable.
DIRTY/WORN CLOTHING OR PIECES MISSING TAGS/LABELS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Customer will be responsible for damaged item & shipping fees.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Items will not be refunded & discarded.
Diosa Fit guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days as long as care instructions are followed.
