Hi Diosa, did you receive a defective item?

When purchasing an item with DiosaFit, you're eligible to a replacement if item is defective within a 3 month period. Our products go through extensive quality checks, but in the occasion that you receive a defective item please contact us. After review, customer is eligible to receive a replacement for the same item if it's in stock. If the item is sold out, store credit will be applied. 

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.
[Defective condition includes a faulty scrunch, defective brand logo.

Please check your items & make sure there are no stains before returning!

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted & we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. (This includes make up, deodorant etc)

Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.

Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.

Items with strong odors like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.

Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.

Items with excessive wrinkling will not be accepted.

If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable.

DIRTY/WORN CLOTHING OR PIECES MISSING TAGS/LABELS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Customer will be responsible for damaged item & shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Items will not be refunded & discarded.

Diosa Fit guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days as long as care instructions are followed.

Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee will be waived on returns for store credit.

Domestic orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Orders outside of the US are final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.

This process can take up to 5-7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your bank account.

If there are signs of wear, the item is considered damaged & we won't be able to give you a refund. You can purchase a label to have the stained items returned to you or refund will simply not be issued.
