Diosa Fit accepts exchanges within the 15 day window of your order being shipped. This includes weekends, holidays.
All Diosa Fit items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached.
- Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
- Items with strong odors like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
- Items with excessive wrinkling will not be accepted.
Any damaged items that have signs of wear (deodorant marks, make up stains) or do not comply with Diosa Fit’s return policy will be declined and the item will not be exchanged. It can be shipped back at the customer’s expense if requested.
Exchanges may be made for a different size of the same style only. If the item requested is sold out by the time we receive your package you will be issued store credit.
If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is not exchangeable.
Once your package has been received by our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days at most for your order to be exchanged.
You will receive an email confirmation once it has been processed.
